We have various support options available to users of our products.

Email support is always available for our Commercial products. Please use the "Email support" link on the Support dropdown above to send an email to our Technical Support team.

For a list of PTFs for your product, please see the Product page relavent to your particular product.

Please note that you will require a valid Navan license key on your machine for any of the downloaded PTFs to work.


Support for our freeware products is available on a "best effort" basis. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that there are no "bugs" in our software, if you do happen to find one, please contact us via email and we will do our very best to fix them.


Remote Support 

In rare circumstances, you may need further support. We provide a remote support tool which will connect your PC to one of our technicians who will then be able to assist you with diagnosing the problem.

This involves the download of an executable to your PC which should then be run. You will be presented with a number of support locations to connect to. Please do not do this unless instructed to by one of our support technicians.

The executable may be obtained by selecting the Remote Support link in the Support dropdown above. As always, when downloading software to your PC, we recommend that you have an up-to-date virus checker installed.
